Don't burn your mouth on it
I get up if I can't sleep have cuppa and cig bad I know but it relaxes me
I can be really tired but my head hits pillow and ping I'm awake with active mind1 -
Yeah I don't know why that happens, can be there yawning away.0
-
Was mentioned on TV other day when discussing insomnia
I'm going to bed now hope you sleep soon1 -
Yeah I'm going to try again in a bit1

I cannot sleep if I have repetitive thoughts running through my mind, which is pretty much nearly all the time. Tonight is one of those sleepless nights I think.0
-
Its not good @RetroRemix do u have any technics to help1
-
Nope usually the only thing I can do is have the sleepless night, then try my best to not sleep during the next day then by the time of the next night I will be too tired for my brain to stop me sleeping lol.
But it also depends on the type of repetitive thoughts and if that thought is anxiety producing. If it's a peaceful thought then I can drift off easily Tonight it's anxiety thoughts.0 -
There are utube channels to help with calming and sleeping and best way to deal with anxiety is distraction thoughts so might be useful to you1

Thank you, yeah usually white noise helps me sleep much better. So I have the fan running constantly when I'm in my room sleeping (And I like it cool too lol) I'm going to try and find videos with it!
I hope everyone has a goodnight1 -
Luckilly I get Zopiclone 7.5mg sleeping tablets, 14 per month. My doctor hates me to have them but I kick-up a right fuss if I don't get them, and threaten to go abroad and buy them! You can buy them over the counter in Egypt and Thailand for very little money. I used to stay in Luxor and would buy at least 200 Zopiclone to take home. They cost about 9p each.
You can buy the non-herbal version of useless Nytol behind the pharmacists counter at Boots. They are called Nytol One a night 50mg. They are a form of Diphenhydramine. They work, but unfortunately I have a bad side-effect using them.
If you can't sleep make it clear to your doctor that you need sleeping tablets. If they don't oblige kick-up a fuss. People say that you need to try all sorts of "mindfulness" visualisations. It doesn't work, it never will, all that works is a sleeping tablet.

It is 07:00 wide awake! Good night every one, and as that boy said in that Xmas film, God bless you and each and every one of you! I cannot remember the film, but there you go...1

Why do I think it was an old dickens film where the boy said that 🤔0
