-
I'm joining the club tonight again0

Oh dear @Sandy_123 2 nights running is there any reason why you can't sleep . I go in cycles sleep well for few weeks then bad
My pattern gets interrupted as bf only stays 1 or 2 nights and sleep badly then as not used to sharing bed and his snoring
Hoping for good night as feeling tired tonight1 -
I think it's just shutting down all Internet then my mind will go off, was yawning like mad earlier.0
-
I am going to shut down my laptop, watch a record of The Simpsons and try and get to sleep by 1:30AM. I hope I am tired enough to just drift off tonight.
Have a goodnight everyone0 -
Again, I cannot sleep. I apologise for advocating the use of sleeping tablets, but really it is the only thing that helps me. I understand peoples concerns about them being addictive. But I am not addicted to them. Tonight I just accept I will not sleep, and that is that. And thank you for telling me the name of the film. It was indeed a Christmas Carol. Steve x1

@ada here we are in the middle of the night, and communicating. So Kindred Spirits and all of that stuff. [Moderator removed - medical advice]
Your tortured mind. Me too. I am guessing you have been abused either physically or psychologically. I do not expect you to make a response over this, so don't worry. Goodnight Ada, try and get a bit of kip.0 -
Hello @Steve_in_The_City
We just want to let you know we’ve edited your comment because it contained medical advice. For more information about why we removed this, please consider our online community house rules.
I appreciate you were making this comment from a place of concern for Ada however we'd always recommend members visit their GP before making changes to any medication.
All the best and here's hoping you have a more restful sleep tonight,
Cher

@Community_Scope Cher, sorry I made a mistake. I would not knowingly harm anyone and will be more careful in future,1
-
How did you sleep in the end @Ada? I hope you slept well0
-
@Ada Yeah, wide awake, but will be doing something about it shortly.1
-
I hope you both managed to get some sleep in the end @Steve_in_The_City @Ada. I've struggled with sleep in the past (and still sometimes do!), so I can relate to the frustration!1
-
I sleep during the day and stay up at night, I like the tranquility of a quiet night it helps me do things I wouldn't be able to do normally during the day. I get extremely agitated in the day when there's lots of noise, so I put earplugs in and sleep until around 7pm usually1
-
Ahh I'm in the wide awake club, as I fell asleep about 80
-
