    Hello there @manda38 thanks for reaching out, not everyone gets a text to tell them about their application, and often the letter can take longer to come through than the payment itself. 

    That sounds promising though :) How are you feeling about it?

    The automated payment line isn't the most reliable and it has been known to give incorrect information.

    By ringing the PIP helpline and choosing option 6. However, it has been known for this to give incorrect information so you shouldn't rely on it.

    Textphone: 0800 121 4493
    Relay UK (if you cannot hear or speak on the phone): 18001 then 0800 121 4433

    How do you get the automated line , because I’ve called and selected option 6 and it just goes to holding for and advisor. I got a text today saying I’ve been awarded

    Option 6. The automated payment line doesn't always give information about payments. If it does then it has been known to be incorrect so you should rely on that.
