Hi, my name is Soozieloo_1! Any grants available to fix my car?

Hi . I was wondering if there were any grants available to fix my car. I am disabled and suffer social anxiety and agrophobia and it is the only way I can get out of the house. I don't drive myself as I have to be sedated so I don't have a panic attack . My carer drives me. I have to attend my gp and hospital often. I cannot afford to pay it myself and without it it's becoming unbearable. Can anyone help ?   Thankyou.

    Unfortunately I’m not aware of any grants available for car repairs. Do you have any family or close friends that can help you?

    Idk much about that, but I think It would be a good idea to talk to people who exactly know how you feel or talk to a professional person. Maybe that helps. Wishing you all the best!

    I'm afraid I'm not sure of any specific grants either. You may want to try looking on Turn2Us' grant finder to see if there are any in your area. 

    You could also see whether the NHS' Healthcare Travel Costs Scheme could apply to you.
