Hi All
My anxiety is through the roof, Cannot bring myself round or calm myself down.
I have just called PIP for an update as I am really with care.
The guy said case manager been working the case today and on his screen it says letter sent, He said that he cannot see the letter so does not know what the letter says? I thought they could tell you over the telephone? care
My mind is racing now! Things are bad at the moment and I'm desperate for help with
my care. I'm already very low and the stress of this all is sending me over the edge to where I feel I cannot cope!

The reason they can’t tell you today what the decision is, if it’s been made is because it takes 24 hours for it to show on their computer. If you ring back in about 24 hours they may give you more information.
If it’s a first time claim and they have a mobile number for you, they do send texts when successfully awarded.1 -
Hi @mrskingy99 I've just sent you an email from community@scope.org.uk, so please do keep an eye out for that.
I hope that poppy123456's comment has put your mind at rest a little. The PIP process can be really anxiety inducing, but we're all here to support you!
How did you find the assessment?1 -
Hi
Thanks for your replies, it is my 1st time but no text. So would this mean I have been unsuccessful?
