There's a guide here. https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/sick-or-disabled-people-and-carers/pip/help-with-your-claim/fill-in-form-pip/You should also include a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you. Adding detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were. You should aim for at least half an A4 side of paper per descriptor that applies.Make sure you add your name and NI number to everything you send.No one can tell you exactly what you should write because we don't know anything about how your conditions affect you. We can only give you some guidance.

@proper71 Hello there and a warm welcome to our online community, how are you today?
Filling in PIP claim forms can be difficult to approach so I'm glad you found us and Poppy was able to give you some excellent advice on how best to go about it.
As mentioned, because the conditions people have vary so much from person to person then generic examples aren't recommended. However, if you feel that input from a trained welfare advisor would be beneficial, then please do visit Advice Local to find an independent organisation close to where you live.
Good luck and all the best with your claim, please let us know how you get on.
PS: I've slightly tweaked the title of your thread and moved it to our PIP, DLA and AA category to help others spot it more easily.0 -
