Someone has tied about half a dozen such bags on a fence near me. The bags contain packaged food! ( I haven't looked inside, but the shapes identify the contents, plus an animal has ripped one open).

You did not see any such shapes in said poo bags. You only saw what the phantom poo bag flinger(say that after a 6pack of ace cider) wanted you 2 see.
