Someone said to drink 3 litres a day. I would have to stay in the smallest room if I tried that! 💧

Haha yes I am @Chris75_! My new water bottle is exactly 1L so i'm trying to drink 3 of those a day😄 it's a good thing I work from home majority of the time!!

I have coffee maybe around in the morning probably twice a week, very rarely have tea and no nightcaps for me😄 If i did, I think I would be about 90% liquid on top of the water @Chris75_😄

My youngest daughter (20) and her mum are the same; always glugging at a bottle of water. The thought of it makes me want to go!
