I am keen to challenge my Disabilities, to see what I can actually do.
thinking about a course or some volunteer opportunities maybe?

    Courses and volunteering are both great ways to challenge yourself, and learn new skills. 

    I'd also be interested in hearing about what kind of courses and volunteering you'd be interested in doing.
