As advised on your other thread the tracking is for Tribunals and not MR. Although it does say MR too but that’s misleading because it’s not correct. DWP are responsible for MRs not HMCTS.

Got 1st physio appointment tomorrow 😊,, not sure how they're going to fix me but I'm going to try 😊

Hi _@Volunteer,, it got moved I'm going tomorrow now 🙂,, thank you for asking 🤗,,, I rang up to see if they hadooked at my MR yet,, apparently they haven't,, it's only been 2 weeks so I guess I'm being impatient 😩,,hope everyone is OK x

Had physio today, over an hour in there, she said I was very bendy 😏,, hyper side coming out,, she gave me some muscle building excersizes to do, I didn't think it was that bad tbh.. But as the day is going on omy I am in pain 😕,,, hope it's going to help, she's told me it's not going to cure, which I knew, but hopefully may help, so fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞🤞 she was really nice, she could see I was anxious, and she calmed me down x
