It may sound like a stupid question but if none of the boxes apply on the form, for example, on the majority of days I cannot walk more than around 20 metres before needing to stop because of discomfort (the form does not have this as an option) should you leave them unticked ? In my example, I would simply explain why at Q31.
Thank you.
Thank you.

The mobilising descriptor also takes into account your ability to use a manual wheelchair, it's not just about walking. Yes, you will need to explain at Q31.

I cannot self propel due to upper limb restrictions - I take it I should make that clear at Q31?0

Yes. You will very likely need to use extra sheets of paper because there's never enough room to add all the information. Make sure you add your name and NI number to everything you send.JonnycJonny said:I take it I should make that clear at Q31?
