Hello @assagi1953. Welcome to Scope’s forum. It is great to see you have joined us. How are you at the moment?

Thanks for already finding the courage to reach out to us. I appreciate how much courage it can take to reach out, especially when you are new and finding things difficult.

It sounds really frustrating that you have had mixed messages and been hounded for such a long time. I have not had probs with this dimin calc.

However, hopefully, someone will be able to respond to you soon if they have. I can hear that hearing from other people with similar experiences is something really important to you.

In the meantime, I wanted to respond to say I hear you and have seen your post. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if we can do anything else to support you, we are all here for you and listening to you.

Thanks for offering to support other people. It is people like you who make Scope’s community the supportive and friendly space it is  :)
