Hi.
I need a replacement award letter.
How do I go about getting one? I've tried calling the dwp but I can't get through to anyone, I've been trying for the last 9days.

You don't mention which benefit this is for. If it's for PIP then all you can do is keep trying because that's the only way. Try ringing as soon as they open at 9am as this is usually the best time.
