@bg844's post about not liking eggs made me realise how many different ways there are to cook an egg!!
Poached, fried, scrambled, omelette, baked etc
What's your favourite type? Honestly aside from fried (which I don't like) they all taste the same to me

I quite like poached eggs, most other types really! I find fried gets a bit rubbery and greasy, so I steer clear of that type0

Talking of eggs, has anyone tried 'Torres' fried egg crisps?
I bought some in a farm shop (they were stupidly expensive!) but I was intrigued and crisps are my thing - the verdict was (I loved them!) and that they taste exactly like the crispy bits of a fried egg.
(Very strange to eat crisps that taste of egg though..😂)0 -
Poached for me please0
-
Scotch !(My wife makes yummy scotch eggs - wrapped in Turkey mince, egg washed, breadcrumbed and baked)0

Many/most hotels (even 3 and 4 star) use powdered eggs to make scrambled eggs in quantity for breakfast buffets etc....

How could I forget about dippy eggs @SueHeath! They've been a favourite of mine recently
£3.20 for 6 eggs is ridiculous!0 -

It seems the £3.20 for 6 eggs was initiated in @woodbine's response @Durhamjaide2001. In which case, @woodbine mentioned this was from Tescos!0
