Hi newly diagnosed with diverticulitis, spent 4 days in hospital...trying to decide to have elective laprscopic surgery. Seems the right thing to do? Had a micro perforation

Hello and welcome @rwool thanks for joining the community and sharing a bit about yourself
I hope your stay in hospital went okay, have you spoken to your GP or anyone there about the surgery? It's always advisable to speak to a medical professional if you do have any concerns.
Is there anything in particular worrying you about it?0 -
Hello ! Hope all went well with what treatment you went with 👌🏻 Mine was just a perforation too I went for the IV treatment witch kept me in for 2 weeks but worked and didn’t need surgery. X0

It sounds really positive that it worked @l14m23 and didn't need surgery. Thanks for sharing that with us.
