Hello there @Watson_billy and welcome, thanks for your query. I've just moved your post over into our Aids, Adaptions and Equipment category so that members can share their thoughts with you more easily.
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your scooter, do you have a user manual you can refer to at all?
Can I ask if you're able to access everything you need without your scooter working at the moment?
I searched for the manual for the 'Kymco Mini Comfort' and all the error flash codes are numbered. Is there anywhere to read a number on your scooter?
If not, then flash code 7 reads:7: A speed control lever fault is indicated. Make sure that the speed control lever is in the rest position before switching on the scooter
I can't be sure if this is what the error actually is, so it might be best to contact someone who knows more.
It might be helpful to know are you currently storing it, and how often do you use the scooter and charge the battery.
Are you able to contact the provider of the scooter at all, and raise your query with them?
Let us know if we can help with anything further, and we'll see what we can do.1 -
Thank you very much @Alex_Scope for the answer. Unfortunately I don't have the user manual. Can you tell me where the speed control lever is located?

Hi @Watson_billy I'm afraid I don't know! But it could be a dial on the control panel, with a hare and tortoise on it, according to the manual I've found:
Hopefully this can help, but do say if not.
As I mentioned, I'm not sure the information I've found is the solution to your problem, as it's only based on a quick search for the manual- so I'd advise advise visiting a local mobility aid shop, if there is one close to you, and enquiring there about what's happening.
Perhaps one of our members has experience with this particular scooter too, but in case not, you could always enquire with KYMCO Healthcare UK Limited.
Let us know how you get on1 -
2 most common faults are the scooter is in neutral (free wheel mode) so put it in and out to make sure then try again.Second is the forward/ reverse lever isn’t at zero when you turn the key. Give it a wiggle make sure it’s in the middle then try again.Give those a go and see what happens1

Thank you guys. It was the fault of the speed control lever. I replaced it and everything is fine.

I’m hoping this will attach but if you need it in future here is the user manual for that scooter with the error codes etc1
