If there's only 4 months left before my PIP reassessment can I apply for spouse visa?
I will be using the PIP to reach adequate maintenance.
Since the spouse visa waiting list is 6 months, I'm worried my PIP could end and it would ruin the spouse visa half way through.

As regards your PIP what exactly do you mean by "there's only 4 months left before my PIP reassessment"? Many PIP awards are being extended because of delays in being able to carry out assessments.
