in Start here and say hello!
I haven't received my 2nd cost of living payment that was paid to most people i know on the 8/9th of November.  I was told I have to wait until the 23rd of November but I never received any payment by then either. I then got in contact with them and was told I was eligible on the 25th I would receive payment but I am still waiting.  Is anyone else having this same problem?

    The 2nd CoL payment was supposed to have been paid anytime between 8th and 23rd November.

    I don't understand that you mean by this, there's no way of contacting anyone other than filling out a missing payment form. What benefits exactly are you claiming?
    If you filled out the missing payment form then all you can is wait.
