Christmas traditions that you miss?
Posting on behalf of @Hannah_Scope, the last of our 12 debates of Christmas
"Thinking back to our debate about Christmas caroling, there are other traditional aspects of Christmas that I don’t see many people do anymore.
Hanging mistletoe, going to a church or choir service, going to the pantomime, and even sending Christmas Cards. In my early 20’s, I saw more and more people unable to attend or complete everything because of work commitments, but now as I start my 30’s, these traditional aspects of Christmas seem to be phasing out.
Is it the same where you are? Do you think it’s something that changes with age? Would love to know your opinions."

A sixpence or thrupenny bit in the Christmas pudding, great fun unlesss you swallow it of course. Also smothering it in brandy and setting light to it, indoor pudding works!
“This is my simple religion. No need for temples. No need for complicated philosophy. Your own mind, your own heart is the temple. Your philosophy is simple kindness.”
