When I Google the descriptors I can’t make sense of the pages. My question is what are the LCWRA descriptors?

To get LCWRA you need to get 15 points or more as for Limited Capability for Work (LCW) & also satisfy at least one of the LCWRA descriptors, both shown here: https://www.uceplus.co.uk/descriptors with more detail here about the LCW descriptors: https://www.uceplus.co.uk/activities
If you scroll down the first link you will see the activities that are looked at for LCWRA.

The link for the descriptors has been posted several times on your threads, what is it exactly that you're not unstanding about them?

I don't think that's correct and the information on uceplus is incorrect.
You simply need to meet one of the LCWRA descriptors (the LCW descriptors are irrelevant if an LCWRA descriptor is met) or be at substantial risk if not found to have LCWRA.

I didn’t keep any link to them when they were posted in my threads.

I had a chat with welfare rights and they were mentioning going out and engaging with others or something is part of the LCWRA descriptors for mental health.

    13. Coping with social engagement, due to cognitive impairment or mental disorder.
Engagement in social contact is always precluded due to difficulty relating to others or significant distress experienced by the claimant.

Is there a “going out” LCWRA descriptor.

Going round various forums and ringing advice agencies asking various questions is bound to cause confusion. You've already been found to have LCWRA for activity 11, Cannot, due to impaired mental function, reliably initiate or complete at least 2 sequential personal actions. If that still applies, which i assume it does then stick to that one.
As advised many many times, it's very unlikely that you will be reviewed anytime soon anyway.

I was told by welfare rights that I should be giving the DWP my ADHD diagnosis but they did say ESA isn’t based on a diagnosis. But for some reason they think I should tell them about the new condition.

My psychiatrist says I have a problem with planning and organisation which is part of 2 sequential actions.

That’s very poor advice on my opinion. It doesn’t affect your award and there is no need to tell them.

Again we are continuing to go round in circles here.

I’m only stating what the woman said to me from welfare rights.

I was baffled and confused myself. For some of my psychiatric assessment I’m in disagreement with, other parts I do agree with.

I can hear how you were baffled and confused @bluefox. It sounds really conflicting to have parts you agree with and parts you disagree with.

I can imagine that's difficult for you at the moment. What might help this to be more manageable for you? For example, could you challenge the parts you disagree with?

We are here for you and listening to you if you would like to share more with us. You don't have to face this, or anything else, alone if you don't want to.

Please don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything we can do to support you. Take care for now and we will look forward to, hopefully, hearing from you again soon  :)
