You will need to ring the benefits department of which ever benefits you're claiming. You haven't said which benefits they are so i can't give you the phone number you need to ring.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hello @Ouch66. Welcome to Scope's forum. It is great to see you have joined us. How are you at the moment?

Thanks for already finding the courage to reach out to us. I appreciate how much courage it can take to reach out, especially when you are new and finding things tough.

I can hear you are terrified of phones. Would you feel comfortable sharing the department you would need to ring, as @poppy123456 has highlighted?

I am hoping that if you are able to highlight the department, we can locate alternative contact details for them if they exist!

Alternatively, is there anything that helps phones to be less terrifying for you? We are here for you and listening to you if you would like to share more with us.

Please don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything else we can do to support you. You don't have to face this, or anything else, alone if you don't want to.

Take care for now and we will look forward to, hopefully, hearing from you again soon  :)

Hello @Ouch66 and welcome to the community, thanks for reaching out :)

Can you tell us which benefits you'll need to get the paperwork for? You might be able to have someone call on your behalf, so long as you are next to them to help confirm details for security and things?

Does that sound like a possibility for you?
