I have started a new travel blog I would recommend everyone starts their own blog

Hi, i am not sure if i am allowed to share my new blog, so i will wait for one of the moderators to let me know. But, i would like to say how it has changed my life.

It was my daughters idea that we do one together to give me a sense of purpose. It really has helped with my depression and has made me feel useful again instead of making me feel redundant in life.

As well as helping me feel redundant, it has also helped improve my memory and my doctors think it is a great idea, and one of them said they suggested it a few years ago but i do not remember that.

If you have a computer then i would suggest you start a blog. It will help you and for me it is great therapy.

My blog is about travel that me and my daughter have done together and some that my daughter has done on her own. I am also going to be writing about travel for vunerable people and people with health problems.

It does not matter what type of blog you want to start, it will really help you.

    I'm glad that you've been enjoying blogging @happyfella! I know lots of people get plenty out of it. 

    I think you should be fine to share your blog here, so long as it's safe for you to do so, and is appropriate for the community :)

    It does not matter what you write about, i would recommend it to people. It is a good way to beat feeling lonely.
