Thank you π
They really take my mind off everything x

I definitely need a LOTR marathon soon, I've not done that in many years. Maybe tomorrow will be that day? π

thank you @Rosie_Scope . Iβm sure thereβs some fishy agenda on the menu as the love keeps pouring all of a sudden-massages, pampering and much more. I know the pattern . π

I had a cycle ride through my park to do some errands - the sun was dazzling even with UV filter in my specs but I love my bike and the freedom it gives me
Half-listening to/watching the second day of debate of the Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill.
This is very promising

I have a car and mobility scooter, but must admit, I miss cycling. I used to have a Raleigh 'Team Banana' back in the day. Non-electric of course!
There are nice trikes out there, but even with a motor, I wouldn't have the strength to pedal.
I hope you get plenty use out of your bike, WhatThe. ποΈ

Oh dog, don't mention Clarence! I have said it before that the brickie squad used to call me that when I was 16. I think it might have been more the Ronnie Barker character than the lion.

This thread is a great idea @Meg24! I watched a lot of Criminal Minds after work last night, while playing sudoku on my phone π It's nice and sunny where I am today too, as it was yesterday, so I'm going to get out for some fresh air at lunchtime.
Take care all β€οΈ

I was so exhausted fro lack of sleep lately, I fell asleep on my sofa for a couple of hours and it was sheer bliss.
Nice distraction for a while.

Ranald, I do in all weathers and love being outdoors. I like the speed and it's easier on my legs and feet than walking and carrying bags, I discovered in my 50's! We can build muscle well into our 80's and 90's and mine are much stronger now.
BTW, did you ever see my question to you about your time with Andrew Neil? If not I will dig it out.
Thanks

I'm sitting around feeling sorry for myself. I don't usually. I've had cellulitis for the past ten days, got antibiotics but it's taking some clearing. So painful! Has anyone else had it? Wondering if anyone's got any ideas as to geeing up the healing process. For want of a better way of describing it it feels like my lower leg and foot have been scalded

Apart from it being a beautiful day on the 18th, I woke from a nightmare (had another last night) and a dentists appointment for a filling.. Walked back feeling a bit shaky..And really feeling crappy all day..
Landscape photo on the 18th.. The rest on after a trip to the lab to deliver my blood samplesβ¦I feel drained this evening.. Hoping my blood results will show any indicators.. Low iron again.. maybe..
