Hi @letitbe, you can spend your money on whatever you like, especially with PIP as it isn't means tested.
For Universal Credit, if they believe that you are deliberately spending your money on these things to deprive yourself of capital and stay under the £6000 limits then that can sometimes cause some issues. But occasional gambling and alcohol purchases usually aren't a problem.
If you find yourself struggling with addictions to alcohol or gambling, please consider reaching out for some support if you're able to.
