LWC work focused interview

I am deemed as LWC but receive no extra payment fir this but do get universal credit and standard PIP . Since my LWC went through in 2022 my health has deteriorated and I have several new health conditions all with medical evidence and MRIs etc . Anyway I got a call from universal saying I had to have a work focused interview call . I explained my health was bad and I couldn't think about anything like that and she said I had to have the call and booked it in for begining of April . I would like to know what happens during this ? Will I have to be reassessed due to new conditions or is that a no because of current benefit changes . There is no way I can work right now and this is making me very worried

With LCW you are expected to engage with a work coach. They can't force you to apply for jobs but can expect you to do work preparation activities.
If you feel you would qualify for LCWRA, you need to report a worsening health condition and submit a Fit Note (continuing to supply them). This should trigger the reassessment process.

I had to submit fitnotes for months before they even did the assesment .are they not ending the assessments ?
I don't think I want to go through any more assessments ☹️
Are fit notes the only way as this would mean going back to my GP again and again . Can I not just show them the medical evidence

The recently released Green Paper was the Government's wish list, what eventually becomes law (takes years) is usually a watered down version of the Green Paper.
You have to use the system as it is now, unfortunately the only way for you to go from LCW to LCWRA is to submit a Fit Note to trigger a reassessment.
My GP offers online requests for Fit Notes.
