Looking for advice - migrating to UC

Hi I've got my letter 2 change from esa 2 uc. I'm currently working 12hrs permitted work and think I'm going 2 have 2 either cut hers maybe to 6 hrs a week or stop. I have just been treated for depression anxiety and panic disorder and struggling in social situations. Just not sure what 2 do
