    Hi Holly, late reply but thanks, I had the energy voucher several weeks back but postie still has not seen the heated blanket ; ( Would love to have it, been freezing here, my poor feathers are all stuck out with the frost - brrrr!

    We have heard nothing about blanket or voucher either but understand there is backlog. Fingers crossed for those still waiting

    Hi, are they still working through backlogs ? i am still waiting for my blanket and a family member is still waiting for a energy voucher that she applied for, thanks.

    I think I applied in December but could have been early January and never heard anything, I dont mind waiting though as any help is a great help.
