Can I get Adult Disability Payment for diabetes iam on small rate at min and have a hearing aid fitted to day sick of wating for change from esa to uc still no word its a worry :(

UC migration letters are going out up until December.
There is a good guide to ADP here which might help you decide if a higher award is a realistic possibility:
If you do decide to apply, I'd highly recommend you get help filling in the form from a local welfare rights organisation.

ADP is not awarded on a condition.
It depends on how your condition/s affect you.
Did you complete the PIP/ADP form yourself last time, or did you have help from CAB or a Welfare Rights Officer?
Have you looked at the ADP form, and worked out where you would hope gain additional points?
Whether or not you would gain additional points will depend solely on how it affects you.
If you had support completing the form last time, perhaps they may be able to help you to decide whether you are likely to receive an increased award based on your current situation.
