How is your day going?

Life has a way of kicking us extra hard ever decreasing circles this is as bad as it gets it seems never ending and it does bring so many painful emotions which we use to beat ourselves up even more I feel more than the average person when I'm hurting it's to the core it's mental and physical pain real pain like I'm grieving be proud of yourself you got your flat that's really important and like you said you will do it up look at getting a dog these are healthy well being plans I always used to look at the other person and think why aren't you hurting like me I'd turn up at thier work house god I was like a psycho couldn't eat sleep thought he was the only person who could make me breathe again I ignored all the signs I just wanted a plaster to heal the pain real pain howling like a wolf on the carpet rolling around and like I said got on bus he was driver I felt noting absolutely noting he looked scared probley thought I still felt the same it's hard but it will get better easier it's all raw for you take one day at a time be kind and easy on yourself it helps alot to talk kindly to yourself even if it feels alien say one good thing a day could even be I opened the curtains or I got out of bed work towards what you want from life how to take care of you people come and go and them we are left with ourselves not to drag ourselves but to help ourselves the best way we can we are warriors we suffer so much more than many people and we still offer our kindness and our support to people so start today and turn that back into you ps hope you understand my writing hope you have a peaceful day t

I hardly slept last night.

It cold, windy and raining here

Oh yes my ex husband did that one told everyone how mentally unstable I was because I left him ! I know what it's like to feel persecuted awful but how we do it I don't know but we do rise above yes you achieved so much securing a home a safe place when I got my fifi 15 years ago she was literally placed in my hand she was that small I can't tell you how this 4 pound 3 Oz dog did what no person ever could you don't feel alone they are just amazing and they literally change your life I be excited to hear when you saved up for your furbaby
