Ssp and lcwra
hi so I claim lcwra but work aswell,I started a new job in feb this year and had to go on the sick after the first month,(not good)my employer carnt pay ssp as I haven’t earnt enough but she sent me the form to send in but I have no clue where to send it an wether I can claim whilst claiming lcwra! Can anyone help me pls 🙏🏻

Hi @dids75 I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. Is it the SC2 form that they've asked you to complete? If so, it says to complete and hand this back to your employer for them to review and check your eligibility as this is paid by your employer.

Hi thanks for your reply the form that she has sent me she sed she’s filled her part in an I need to send it,I’ve posted it today so see if I get it 🤷♀️she also sed I’ve not earnt enough for her to pay me ssp an that’s why she sent me the form,I just hope I’ve sent it to the right place!
