Received 150 for electric and gas
Hi all
I have been emailed a £150 Mastercard email but don't have the cars how do I purchase electric when I don't have the card.

Hi @jam1983, from what I understand these can be applied to your energy accounts to help cover your bills. There should be some instructions in the email to let you know how to use it, but if you're not sure you could try calling or emailing the Disability Energy Support team to see if they can assist you 😊

If you have an online energy account, you can use the card number to make an additional payment online, as you would with a normal bank card.

This scheme has now ended I'm afraid. It's the one where Scope were offering free heated throws as well.

While the scheme for blankets and vouchers has now ended, the Disability Energy Support team are still there to offer support and advice if you're struggling with your bills:

If you click on the link in Rosie's post above, you'll see a purple button that says 'contact us by phone or email'. If you click that, they should be able to explain exactly how you can use the voucher. Emails are likely to be a slow response so if you are able to use the phone that would be the quickest way to get through to them. They may not be available over the Bank Holidays.
