universal credit migration letter

hi i have recieved a universal credit migration letter At present i am on ESA income related and in the support group ,i am looking for some info i am also disabled and also on ADB , when i make my claim will i have to get a fit note from my GP as i am in the support group when i transistion to UC ? also will i have to pay 2 weeks rent in advance as i get 4 rent free weeks per year ? also because i am in the support group will i still get the limited capability for work element when i transition i am in my 60,s age group please let me know as i am rather concerned about this thankyou ? this whole thing is rather worrying also i have very limited mobility issues and cant get out will they telephone me as i cant go to job centre due to disabilitys ?

Relax,you will NOT need a "fit note" if you are migrating from IR ESA,just put a note on your UC journal telling them you are already in the ESA SG,and you will automatically be transferred to LCWRA.I have just gone through this,and was surprised how easy and stress free it was,did not even have to go to the job centre to prove identity.
I cannot answer about ADB as I dont get that,and I dont know about the rent question either.
