I read that too in daily mirror I think

Other scenarios is another tier of PIP, the green paper facing future legal action, watered down plans, legal action to separate aspects of future legislation.
I've had enough of worrying, many people are on our side, something has to give. I'm not giving up hope and I'm not letting these cretins not only further ruin my days but ruin my sleep.

It's difficult to prepare for it because I don't think I can work anymore. I can't live of unemployment benefit not enough money. So nothing fills this worry space in my mind. All this water down ideas etc are just that . Ideas.
Desperate people looking answers that have no backing.

I emailed my M P again expressing concern over the 4 point rule.
No reply as yet.

Just been speaking with my my psychologist, and she seems to think these cuts won't happen. I think more is happening behind the scenes to stop them than we think.😀. This has given me some hope guys!

I think I read somewhere that Drs and psychologists etc have written to them about the cuts . Hope they’re right 🙏🤞

hi everyone,
So I’ve just spent the whole morning sorting out UC migration 😩. I don’t have relevant ID so they’ve said I can use bank card rent bill birth certificate but they’ve given me an appointment. I have replied asking if I can have a phone appointment instead. Does anyone know if this is possible? The CAB who were excellent and helped me said I may be able to do ID over the phone with biometrics. Don’t know what that means . Thanks guys x

They will put all emails about the cuts straight in the trash without reading it. They have set up Ai on their computers to trash emails about pip and uc. 😢

This is why we need to let the system hang them selves.
This is broad terms….
Lets put this into context: We are registered as disabled and get paid a benefit at what ever rate. Raynor wants us back into work by assessing us to do some sort of work, not necessarily what you used to do before you became disabled.
Then were is the Job Centre and the champions they have of being able to get us back into work? OH that's right they sacked them all when they decided to save money and close 800 job centers around the country.
Since you have been disabled how many times have you been called in to renew your CV inline with the disabilities that you "now have?"
You just cannot go and look for a job or you don't get benefits, which is called a sanction, you have to make sure that any appointments that "you" need to see a G P or Physiotherepist or any other Trained Medical Advisor comes first other wise you could find your self a job on a checkouty some where part time, but the employer needs to kinow what disabilities you have to make any adaptions.
So if you said nothing and colapsed in work, do you then state I was forced back to work because it was good for me by the job center or lose any other benefits and need to see where the duty of care would lye?

I called UC today and the other day and they said to me they’re getting lots of calls. People being scared cos of media and YouTube

there aren’t any adaptations they could make for me . There’s no cure or treatment for ME/CFS . It’s like saying your car won’t drive as you’ve run out of petrol and Starmer saying don’t worry it’ll run fine if we change the wheels.

without being rude but you’re talking total b…..

I thought that yesterday. Bring back Sunak . I don’t think the Tory’s would have so evil or intelligent to have got this plans through tbh

I can’t find it Catherine. What’s the law project ? Did you hear back from them ?

There are no adaptions they could make for me.
I had to take early ill health retirement because all 'reasonable adjustments had been tried and failed and it was agreed that I cannot do any kind of work'.

I'm 61 this year , just got a text saying they received pip reassessment , I need a long term award , my conditions will not improve , my hearing loss is classed as legally deaf , so obviously isn't going to be cured . My other health issues won't improve either . But I heard that the dwp are giving out short awards for people nearing retirement so they don't have to award them and then keep the award , its awful . it's causing so much anxiety fear and stress to us all .

And to think that the Reform party have a GP in it , seems they are all against us . But I won't be voting any of the parties they hate us that's clear .
They had high paid salaries so it doesn't affect them .Sickening .
