Uc coach meeting

Being severely disabled, and having to sign on to uc. Is there any advice you could share how to navigate the coach meeting?
I really do not cope well talking with people, I'm a people pleaser out of fear and it does not help having flash backs agreeing to things I can't do and not wanting to disappoint someone I don't even know.

If you can, just tell your work coach what you've said, that you're a people pleaser out of fear and you're worried about agreeing to things you cannot do. If they're empathetic and understanding they should be tactful from then on.

Thank you, I hope they can understand as you have done

Are you migrating from ESA WRAG or Support Group?

Esa support group

As you are moving from ESA Support Group, you are automatically entitled to LCWRA (the UC equivalent of ESA Support Group) from the start of your claim.
ESA can take a few weeks to confirm your award with UC, you may have one meeting with a Work Coach, you may have none.
I had one while I was waiting for my ESA status to go through, I just explained I was moving from ESA and she turned off all the commitments she could and booked another meeting (mandated by the system). The second meeting was then cancelled as my ESA status had been confirmed.
