Hi @GamingGuy really sorry to hear this. As far as I'm aware, this is still a scheme we're offering. There has been a backlog due to high demand so the team have been working to action these. I will raise this with the team on your behalf, and same to you @FeistyPigeon (I thought we'd got you sorted!)

Hi Holly, late reply but thanks, I had the energy voucher several weeks back but postie still has not seen the heated blanket ; ( Would love to have it, been freezing here, my poor feathers are all stuck out with the frost - brrrr!

Hey @sunshine2025 I believe they are still working their way through the backlogs. I'll ask if someone can provide an update on Monday, when people are back in the office.

I think I applied in December but could have been early January and never heard anything, I dont mind waiting though as any help is a great help.

I applied back in December for the ยฃ150 energy voucher and received it by e-mail on Saturday.
