There are rip resistant bodysuits but these tend to be expensive especially if you need a couple so it may be worth looking into grants for families with disabled children.M&S also have a big adaptive clothes range with lots of sleepsuits and body suits up to age 16.
Family Fund have a clothing grant fund that may be worth looking into and checking your eligibility as this will hopefully save you some money too😊
