hi my son has anxiety and has sleeping problems has suffered with them from a young age he was on melatonin and has now been prescribed adult medication due to melatonin not working he has at least 1 hour a sleep a night he pulls his eye lashes out due to anxiety he is struggling in school n his attendance is very low due to this I have been told he shud be entitled to dla is this true

If he is under 16 it is DLA. From what you have said, it is possible he is entitled. He will need to need a lot more help than a child with no disability and obviously he struggling to go to school. You can apply and go from there.
