PIP descriptors do cover pain and fatigue. If a claimant can't perform an activity reliably, in a timely manner, repeatedly, etc they are deemed unable to perform the activity.

The trouble with Starmer is that he only recognises the human rights of certain minorities but refuses to recognise that those same rights even apply to other minority groups like us. 😡
He knows that he just cannot pick and chose to suit himself but is doing just that to our great detriment.
Well said about the fact that you hope that every MP who votes for these cuts or abstains should go down with Starmer. I do hope so! 🤗 With all that's going on I think that all we need to do is watch this space....
We have to watch for trickery all the time though, like with their claim that it is the young with MH or Neurodivergent conditions causing the rise in benefit claims instead of older people with physical health conditions. Figures can't lie 🤥 even if the government do.
That's why we must all be vigilant and make sure that the truth gets out to those out there who can make a difference to the outcome of all this, on our behalf.
It really is dangerous to push us where our ME/CFS won't allow us to go. You have all that pain too and I have the additional problem, with my anxiety disorder that if pushed too far I get non epileptic seizures.
We have got to force them into retreat. You cannot appeal to the Labour Leadership and the rest of right wing element of the government on moral grounds because they don't have any.
They only understand being voted out of office with the loss of money, status and privilege it entails so that is what we must work on. ✊

I would prefer actual questions about pain and fatigue. I find they ignore the fact I may be able to do something once but couldn’t again or do something safely. It gives them too much leeway to say you can do something ok .

I agree he only thinks human rights are for certain groups . And it’s interesting that every weekend there are marches for something who support each others causes yet none are marching for us . They seem to pick and choose.
That’s what they’re forgetting we have ME and fibromyalgia but usually other conditions which make them worse . I too have anxiety disorders and don’t go anywhere unfamiliar by myself. They must know we will end up with no money yet we can’t change our “ behaviour “ ie disability.
I watch YouTube to see how the feeling on the street is . Some channels are better than msm in telling the truth . According to most starmers days are numbered. Now he’s using immigration for votes when no one believes he even wants to get it under control if he could. He ll still lose those votes to reform maybe Tory . He can’t see the only vote winner is helping the disabled and pensioners . I hope the Tory’s pick up on our vote and vote the cuts down.1 -

A FOI showed that it isn’t the young with MH or neurodivergent that’s being targeted and never was . That was a smokescreen for the fact it’s older people with physical disability’s . Again the older people he seems to have a problem with.

May be a coincidence but less than 2 weeks after transferring from esa to uc I received a couple of txts from employment agencies. I asked how they have my data and one said it’s in their system.

Whoever thought I'd hate starmer nearly as much as Boris , he's such a dickhead .... I can't believe how he is going on since becoming pm .... Utterly ruthless , he doesn't have a caring bone in his body .... To be honest I'm still in disbelief that they can get these through .... People that are struggling now losing an extra 5000 , its going to cause absolute upheavals , how will it possibly work , it doesn't seem logical no matter what angle you come at it from

I wish it was just £5000 Im going to lose, I have about two years left before it’s decision time. A life on the streets or early grave.

How dare Liz Kendall say we should now meaningfully engage with her on changes to PIP and the green paper!! It was HER who initially refused to engage with US , but now so many of labour mps are refusing to vote for these reforms, she's in panic mode. Again blaming us for things going not her way by insinuating we won't meet or engage with her, pitting the public against us and making out she's some sort of saviour and compassionate person!! She really truly is an absolute evil b***h , I hope her, Reeves and Starver lose their jobs sooner than later, Iv'e got my party poppers and balloons at the ready(and some prosecco, can't afford champagne!!)

nearer to 15K in the worse case scenario with us …
pip higher rate £110.40 PW = £5740 per year
lcwra £423 per month = £5076 per year
carers allowance £83.30 PW = £4331 per year
Grand total … £15,147
i'm presuming that carers allowance isn't awarded for mobility only ?
