hi I have put in a new claim my daughters scan date is the 20th March I rang them and they don’t give me info about this does anyone know when I will get a decision

    Hi @vicky22 and a warm welcome to the community!

    The DWP aims to make a decision within 3 months but there is a big backlog at the moment so it is possible it may be longer.

    If you submitted the claim on the day of your daughters scan then this takes you up to mid June but like I said, there is a backlog so there may be a bit longer🙂
