I would like to know who to make contact with to bring a case against certain medical depts,social services and housing dept for long term negligence and due medical care.

thank you for the welcome and the advice, with our disabilities (my wife and myself)we have gotten nowhere for years and now we are just about ready to give up permanetly if it was not for children and grandchild.Sorry for the angst and going on.
