Hi ..I currently get carers allowance and non work related esa with a premium next month it is all due to switch over to UC. My youngest is going to uni in september and is considering residency and is currently recieving UC how does this affect us both? where can we find what we would both be able to claim under these circumstances?

    So I take it you receive income-based ESA with a Carer Premium on top?
