Here to discuss back pain originally to help others with not being alone. I have 3 slipped discs and trapped sciatic nerve since November 1st 2024. Now it's end of may 2025 and it's been 3 weeks now since i'm pain free…. took the docs long enough! grrr!

Due to lack of mobility I've discovered Gemporia the jewellery channel! Fascinating history of where the gems come from and which mines are the most rare.

I still can't walk very far. That would be housebound at the moment. Yes.

So lots of hassle and stress but light at the end of the tunnel. Here to help anyone in pain and share stories.
