Heya @bear2025 and welcome to the community.
I've had a quick hunt around for you and I've found this site which may open some doors to some relevant courses? I'm afraid this is an area I don't have a huge amount of knowledge in, but hopefully some of the community will have some more ideas for you soon. 😁0 -
My only tip here would be to talk to the boss or upper manager of the agency and have something put in your care plan.. Do a face to face chat,
I had to do something similar. They sent a manager out, my ex, me, another mate, and this poor bloke had to work out HOW to word it into the care plan.. This was mostly about 'her having men over' and 'access to toys' the latter was solved by the toys being in a bag, which could be passed to her/placed on the bed.
It's still a stupidly grey area over what constitutes 'care' and what is more than that. Yes carers have their opinions, but they have to be professional..0
