hi I know I’m being reviewed for pip by paperwork and medical records, the reason I know is because I missed unscheduled cold call of which I didn’t answer, so I phoned up callers number only to hear a recording saying who they were and if needed they would call back, but I pinged email the replied answer was they tried to call there conducting a paper based review and they may call back next week, does anyone know if I don’t receive this call can I be reviewed and awarded a support element.

You can have a paper based assessment with no call and be awarded PIP. You have had a paper based assessment so keep calm and relax.
