I occasionally at my age cannot get it up. But there are natural cures for E. D.

Here is some of my successful concoctions:

    Whole Cloves.

I used these to help freshen my breathe. But I noticed after taking three or four of these in a day to help freshen my breathe, over two to three weeks period it was more lively.

    Cinnamon

Again found this out by accident. I love porridge. And I added Cinnamon to add a bit of flavour. But there are other benefits to this.

    Cacao Powder

** I emphasise Cacao Powder Not Cocoa Powder **. This is another one I found out by accident. I eat a lot of Greek Yoghurt. I add Cacao Powder to my yoghurt, but after three to four weeks ๐Ÿ˜Ž

I really do hope you try these natural remedies for your problems. They worked for me. But everybody is different.

    Best of Luck

What do you mean by "after I stopped taking them?

If you mean Viagra, it's not taken on a daily basis.

I think you first need to find out what ailment is causing you this.

If Viagra didn't work for you, you can ask your GP for Cialis, which works better for many men. It's also prescribed and you can have it on the NHS.

If Cialis doesn't work for you, let me know, I've something else for you.

IBy the way, hope your GP has explained to you that both Viagra and Cialis require a sexual stimulus/stimulation to take effect. Neither medication produces erections without sexual stimulation

If you've heart conditions, you would need to take some precautions with these types of medications.

The side effects are whilst taking the GP prescribed medication, I'll ask next time I see my doctor to try the medication you suggest. I was prescribed 4 tablets per 28 days. But trying to get aroused is a struggle within itself, I have a spinal deformity and it's due to that why my erectile issues.

Have ever tried Chinese herbal pills for erectile dysfunction? They work much better than Viagra and Cialis, and in general people don't need sexual stimulation for them to produce erections.

You can pop into a Chinese herbal shop and ask them which pills have lately been in demand, and they'll make you a suggestion accordingly. And they're relatively cheap.

Why give up having sex at 46, while Rod Stewart, who's 80, is considering one of the biggest gigs of his life, playing at Glastonburyโ€™s Pyramid stage!
