Hi I am new here so i dont know how this works. Am a single mom with an ADHD child. Still waiting for DLA but in the mean time am on low income, my daughter's school is very far, we cant cange it because we are in tempolary accommodation. She has serious anxieties we cant take a bus but taxi. Its costing me £30 a day. transport. its costing me alot because i only have one income. We are late to school everyday because i wait for uber prices to go down. I have kept a small money for a car but need a little top up. Anywhere you can advise me to go to?

Hi @AgathaPhiri30 and a warm welcome to the community!
Your local authority may be able to help with home to school travel so it is definitely worth contacting them. There is also various grants that you may be eligible for. Fingers crossed you hear from DLA soon!0
