I have a fastest green powered scooter when I connect battery it trip the circuit breaker have changed the circuit breaker no joy plz help

  So it trips your mains when you plug it in to charge it ?

  It sounds as if it may be faulty - because a battery charger should not draw anywhere near 13 amps +

  I would contact the seller/manufacturer for advice..
