He put together a front bench of fellow psychopaths. They all creep me out but Starmer and Kendall especially.
Starmers supposed to support human rights but is going against everything he is supposed to stand for2 -
People are saying that they were asked about their credit history with banks, phone contracts, etc.

Let’s hope they have a case to take this to court 🤞🙏

Ultimately, he can't force them. This is a parliamentary democracy. The way the votes go depends on each and every backbencher.

This is personal against us . If it’s to bring the benefit bill down they won’t scrap the two child limit will they ? If that’s scrapped the benefits bill will increase as people will have more children. You can’t control getting old or becoming sick or disabled though , we have no choice do we ?
As you say we need to check our awards and make sure we know we need the 4? Point next time . My last form was about 5 years ago , I just read it and there’s at least one descriptor where I should have gotten a 4. Assessor 2 year and half years ago gave me a. 2 . She was steering me towards the 2s then increased my award . I couldn’t understand why then but now I think this was always coming0 -
Timms has today to respond to letter written to him highlighting the lack of consultations or otherwise they might look for legal actions

Isn't that how they got wca unfair rushed consultations god I hope so to it's draining wonder if timms responded would be good if he didn't more of a case

I think I was asked if I have any other bank accounts but yet again I think it depends on who you get which annoys me . I read on scope someone else had same biographical interview and they were asked questions from 20 years ago . I wouldn’t have any letters that far back and brain fog means I barely remember yesterday. When they called me I was on phone for 10-15 mins and we chatted about our birth signs in that time 😂. I was just asked any other benefits you on , how much ( I didn’t know exactly the amount which was fine) really basic stuff . Nothing to worry about

He knew what he was doing when he put them together.
They are not politicians they have allowed so much harm to the British People, they should hang their heads in shame

There is a very long time to go until Nov 26 and already a stink is being caused by MPs who understand that the disabled shouldn't be punished for having an illness. I agree they should focus on people like the many on an estate near me, youngsters riding around on pricey bikes doing dodgy stuff, they should be focused on first.
How are employers going to deal with people who can't turn up or can't work, losing benefits and becoming homeless or in to worse poverty.
Just a question. If your reassessed and awarded pip before Nov 26 and given 2 or 5 years as awards go then what happens then? Does it stop?
Regards

That's what I'm wondering about, as I'll soon receive my migration letter. Some people seem to like scaremongering and adding to the worries of people. They're even saying that the DWP will cross check what you say with credit reference agencies' data!

You're right, with the DWP, it depends on the person whom you're dealing with. Some are nasty and inhumane as hell, while others are OK.

It's not really case of Iv'e 'given in' so to speak, it just seems more than likely these cuts will be voted through. I too checked my previous award letters and found I should have got at least 4 points in 2 descriptors!! I took a photo of my award and the reaons they gave for each descriptor and put it into Chatgpt. I know some folk don't like AI but it was very useful and told me what to do and say to get 4 points or more in each daily living component for my own disability needs. Iv'e printed it off in preparation for my next review in 3 years time (thinking ahead!!) and will use it to help me hopefully get what I should have done last time. I'll take it right to tribunal if I have to, I'm not giving up what I fought to get for 2 years initially when I first applied for pip, that's why it's best to prepare ourselves now for what is coming.

Exactly Kendall in that job for a reason and Timms a disability mp yet walks around a disabled person who collapsed

My migration has been fine so far ( apart from having my rent paid directly to council so I lost a bit and no one seems able to sort it out) . I was confused about one of the questions online and uc put me through to CAB . I’ve had some nice ppl from uc when I’ve called them .

I think whatever happens it will go through. Not sure what they expect people to live on though 🤔
