He knew what he was doing when he put them together.

They are not politicians they have allowed so much harm to the British People, they should hang their heads in shame

There is a very long time to go until Nov 26 and already a stink is being caused by MPs who understand that the disabled shouldn't be punished for having an illness. I agree they should focus on people like the many on an estate near me, youngsters riding around on pricey bikes doing dodgy stuff, they should be focused on first.

How are employers going to deal with people who can't turn up or can't work, losing benefits and becoming homeless or in to worse poverty.

Just a question. If your reassessed and awarded pip before Nov 26 and given 2 or 5 years as awards go then what happens then? Does it stop?

    Regards

It's not really case of Iv'e 'given in' so to speak, it just seems more than likely these cuts will be voted through. I too checked my previous award letters and found I should have got at least 4 points in 2 descriptors!! I took a photo of my award and the reaons they gave for each descriptor and put it into Chatgpt. I know some folk don't like AI but it was very useful and told me what to do and say to get 4 points or more in each daily living component for my own disability needs. Iv'e printed it off in preparation for my next review in 3 years time (thinking ahead!!) and will use it to help me hopefully get what I should have done last time. I'll take it right to tribunal if I have to, I'm not giving up what I fought to get for 2 years initially when I first applied for pip, that's why it's best to prepare ourselves now for what is coming.

My migration has been fine so far ( apart from having my rent paid directly to council so I lost a bit and no one seems able to sort it out) . I was confused about one of the questions online and uc put me through to CAB . I’ve had some nice ppl from uc when I’ve called them .

I think whatever happens it will go through. Not sure what they expect people to live on though 🤔

I also fought for two years up to upper tier and can’t imagine doing that again but I will if I have to . Stupid thing is the tribunal went against me as I didn’t use aids , now it’ll go against if you do use aids. I have it on my form I need prompting and I won’t accept a 2 for that so easily this time . I think we need to plan ahead as we don’t know how this will turn out .

Kendall needs some help that level of anger towards disabled and sick people should be ringing alarm bells in MPs heads. No empathy at all for anyone with illness it's appalling what Timms did

Hi Catherine, so if people reassessed now or before Nov 26 even if don't get awarded but then do over mandatory reconsideration they do then Nov 26 don't matter.

When the see the damage that this will cause to people and the demonstrations it's going to be uproar on the streets.

I’ve never heard of that before. In my experience so far it’s been fine , in fact I should be better off than I was before. Was advised don’t go over till you have to and I’ve had less money because of it . Try not to worry it’s not that bad . You contact CAB at cab help to claim live chat or by phone

No they are fine about that but I made the mistake of starting my claim on the wrong day . So my esa was due on the following Monday and I started uc migration on the Friday before. ESA sent me full amount of my last payment. So housing benefit did the same Uc then stopped a certain amount from my money. But uc also deducted the extra that was paid towards my rent but no one knows who actually has it . But they’ve taken it from me . I would say do not apply for uc before you next payment of esa is due . I applied a few days early . Had I applied on the day my esa was due I would have had one last payment then uc kicks in . But I did it too soon and caused an overlap.
You ask them to pay your rent directly then ask your council to send them a particular form . I’ll look at my journal and check . Council sends them a UC 47 to request rent from them directly

    Good afternoon

I am trying not to worry too much until we get an official announcement.

I have been distracting myself by going for short walks and sitting on a bench looking out to sea.

I have been watching stuff I record on television.

Personally I don't believe the government will get away with this.

Think about it, do you really believe that society would accept this cull of sick and disabled people?

    I don't think so.

I believe there will be absolute uproar like there was with the winter fuel allowance and people will protest and not let the government get away with it.

Yeh, when people have power it brings out who they are, morals etc. psychopaths do it without it affecting them morally .

I moved over voullentatrlly and it was all done over the phone , I did have some security questions when I had to make the claim for UC , I think they do a check with a verified company like the post office or Experian , I remember questions like have you taken out a phone contract in the last two years , things like that .... I must of passed because if they can't confirm your identity like that they don't let you go forward with the claim ..... There was a bit of confusion at the beginning as they were training people and I was being asked for sick notes , even though I'd been on ESA for 15 years .... They must of thought it was a new claim instead of me migrating over .... Luckily enough there was a women on the other end of the phone training them and when she realised what was going on she took over , her title was a DOA " disability something agent " .... She left a message in my journal saying she would be calling and we went from there she asked me a few questions like if I'd had any gaps in my claim etc and had my claim up on her computer while we were both in it , basically excepted all my commitments on her end while we were on the phone , she then informed me I was going to stay on cbesa every two weeks and the rest would be paid at the end of the month in lcwra .... That was the last I heard of them , until the UC told me they are building my claim and it all went through ok .... Never had to show id or anything like that ....I've been changed to UC now exactly 3 years now and the only message Ive has up until now is about other benefits I have , basically just says our records show you also receive cbesa , you are allowed to continue getting this bit it will get deducted from your UC award at the end of each payment .... Then they show you a list of benefits Inc ESA and say if you get 1 or more of these benefits OTHER than the ones we already know about them you must contact the department and tell them you are now on UC ..... Like I say they know I'm on ESA and UC so I don't need to tell them about them and I don't revive any others so I don't need to contact anyone .... Other than that I haven't heard from them
