I've just had to remove your cats name there @Wheeled_Weapon Please mind the language. 😉

Yeah, sorry. I thought censoring it would be enough but I'll be more mindful in future.

Haha, I know you tried there @Wheeled_Weapon unfortunately it wasn't quite censored enough. 😉
(I'm pretty sure any cat owner will be able to guess their new name anyway, it's also my cats name at 5.45am most days haha)

My mother used to complain that they bought all the bread and flip flops.

quiet day today, been outside chatting to the neighbours for an hour just to get some vitamin d. Been awake since half four, struggling to sleep properly at the moment. I’m just taking things one day at a time. I’m due to go and have a contact lense fitting in a few weeks and it’s fair to say I’m already nervous about leaving my flat. Having only been out once since February. I’ve treated myself to two small Lego Figures to add to my collection on my tv unit, will take my mind off things.
Been a Star Wars fan since the original trilogy, I know many die hard Star Wars fans dislike the recent films and Disney+ Shows, but I for one quite like them. 🫣
think I’m starting to look my age, thanks to thinning hair, tons of grey and gaining a small island at the front, I now have to shave my head to a crystal ball 🔮 finish. I’ve also decided to go for a new look and have cut and shaved my beard down to a Hulk Hogan style moustache which I’m going to let grown out. I think at the moment I am in Ostrich mode with my head buried in the sand and ignoring my mental and physical health problems. I’m refusing to ring any crisis lines, don’t want to ring the mental health team, I’m still feeling nauseous after eating but again I’m just refusing to speak to the GP and have just decided to wait on a hospital referral from the start of April. I’m a tough old cookie but I have to just keep ploughing on each day a minute at a time.

I'm not a Star Wars fan, but I am a Lego fan. Mainly Lego Technic, it keeps the mind calm 🤣
Hulk 'Stache - Nice! Should get the Hulk bandana too, complete the look 😄
Your last sentence is similar to one of my mantras - "You've got to keep cracking on".

good afternoon everyone I had a fainting episode at work on Monday and not been well since. How's the garden looking. Can't remember who said it but they mentioned me.

I’m going to upset Star Wars, Harry Potter, Star Trek, Dr Who and Marvel fans by getting a tattoo that combines all of those elements 🤣
Think I’ll stick with the old paper hat that looks like something someone would wear to a cricket match, only cost me a tenner but I’ve had it for many years now.I was always told both as a kid and as an adult by my parents that I can’t do this, can’t do that, or you shouldn’t do that all the while blaming it on my medical conditions.
But I’m stubborn, determined, independent and of the ilk of saying, if you say that well I’m going to do it!Cade point…. Tandem Paraglide off a 6,500ft mountain called Babadag in Olu Deniz in Turkey.
I’m a Technic person with LEGO as well, I’ve got a LEGO Land Rover Defender - new model to rebuild, a six wheeled Volvo dump truck to rebuild, then two normal LEGO sets to build - Ecto 1 and a Peugeot Le Mans Car. I find LEGO has really helped me with my mental health a great deal over the last five years.

@Roughyed1485 Two of my ten tattoos would upset a lot of people 🤣 They're disability related, but I have a very warped sense of humour.
I've built the Land Rover and subsequently sold it, I get more pleasure from building than displaying. I have a G-Wagen on display at the moment though. Yes, Lego is something I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone that wants to quieten the mind. It really does help with mental health.
I have the same mentality, if someone tells me I can't do something I want to do it more 🤣 Probably why I popped a wheely over a cliff edge at Seaham whilst my mates went into a blind panic 🤣
I'd love to paraglide, but with having one leg (and the other one can't bear weight for more than a few seconds) I wonder if it would be possible. If not, there's a gliding club not far from me.

I love keeping my Lego and having it on display, there is something cathartic about sitting putting Lego together and listening to heavy metal or classic rock at the same time.
Sadly the way you take off in southern turkey involves, running towards the edge and taking flight 🙌 Sadly I don’t think I’ll be able to do it due to the arthritis in my hips and back.
Gliding looks an amazing thing to do, its the closest thing to being a bird 🦅 💚
I’ve a warped and dark sense of humour thanks to being an ex council Gardener & Estate Ranger for Oldham Council’s Parks & Open Spaces. Spent two months in a cemetery spraying weed killer around all the head stones, kerbs, boundary walls etc told my mum knew where I was working and asked what part I’d been in that day “I said down near the allotments” She just bluntly said “You’ve probably sprayed some on your Nans head” I was done I had no come back 🤣This is one of the best tattoos I’ve got, tribute to my gardening days.
